including online courses, e-books, and scholarship programs. However, we
understand that situations may arise where you may need a refund or return.
Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Policy for Online Courses

• 7-Day Refund Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a course, you may
  request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds will not be provided if:
  • More than 30% of the course content has been
    accessed.
  • The request is made after 7 days of enrollment.
  • The course was purchased during a limited-time
    discount or promotional offer.
• Refund requests must be sent to Insta.learnacademy@gmail.com with the subject “Course Refund Request –
  [Your Order ID]”.

Refund Policy for E-Books

• Due to the digital nature of e-books, all sales are final,
  and refunds will not be provided once the e-book has been
  downloaded.
• If you experience technical issues in accessing
  the e-book, please contact our support team at 1800 547 5411 for
  assistance.

3.
Cancellation & Refund Policy for Scholarships

• Scholarship application fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
• If a scholarship program is canceled by InstaLearn
  Educarion Academy, applicants will receive a full refund within
  7-10 business days.
• If an applicant provides false information, the
  scholarship will be revoked, and no refund will be issued.

Payment & Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10
  business days to the original payment method.
• In case of delays, contact our support team at Insta.learnacademy@gmail.com with your refund request details.
